Should you wish to return your apparel purchase, please contact us using the information above to start the process. Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed,
• Hang tag must be intact and attached to item,
• Items must not show signs of improper handling or damage,
• Returns must be received by Back Country Outdoors within 30 days from purchase date.

Returns will be issued in the same form as original payment, less original shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
